Graphisoft Park, which owns and operates a business park in the north of the capital, has signed a cooperation agreement with developer Synergy Construction Hungary to explore the possibility of a residential project on land adjacent to the park.

In an announcement on Monday, Graphisoft Park said it had reached the conclusion that the 2.5-hectare area would be better suited to residential, rather than office, development.

Under the cooperation agreement, Synergy will have the opportunity to purchase the land.

Research is expected to be completed and the results announced by year-end or early 2025.
