Duna House franchise commissions revenue up 20% in Q3

The third-quarter commissions' revenue of the franchises of listed real estate broker Duna House rose 20% year-on-year to HUF 3.49 billion, according to preliminary data released by the company yesterday, writes portfolio.hu.

Commissions revenue of the franchise network in Hungary climbed 10% to HUF 2.4 bln, while revenue of the network in Poland jumped 52% to HUF 975 million.

Commissions revenue of Duna House's own network of brokers increased 27% to HUF 515 mln.

Brokered loan volume of the group rose 103% to HUF 125.1 bln. The volume included HUF 96.8 bln brokered in Poland, up 146%, an increase supported by an "intensive network expansion." Duna House will publish Q3 earnings on November 29.
