Duna House franchise commissions revenue climbs 87% in Q2

Second-quarter commissions revenue of the franchises of listed real estate broker Duna House rose 87% year-on-year to HUF 3.54 bln, preliminary data released by the company on Wednesday show.

Commissions revenue of the franchise network in Hungary rose 67% to HUF 2.45 bln, while it jumped 166% to HUF 977 million in Poland.

Commissions revenue of Duna House's own network of brokers increased 137% to HUF 569 mln.

Brokered loan volume of the group climbed 66% to HUF 103.1 bln. The volume included HUF 75.5 bln brokered in Poland, supported by the acquisition of loan broker Alex T Great.

Duna House will publish Q2 earnings on August 27.
