Duna House commissions revenue climbs 37% in Q1

Revenue from commissions of listed real estate broker Duna House rose 37% year-on-year to HUF 3.39 billion, preliminary data released by the company on Wednesday show, according to a report by state news wire MTI.

Commissions in Hungary climbed 31% to HUF 2.48 bln, while commissions in Poland jumped 60% to HUF 816 million.

Duna House brokered HUF 73.5 bln of loans in Q1, up 6% from the same period a year earlier. Brokered loan volume in Hungary fell 3% to HUF 20.1 bln, but loan volume in Poland increased 9% to HUF 53.4 bln.
