Duna House commissions climb 13% in Q4

Listed real estate broker Duna House's fourth-quarter commissions rose 13% year-on-year to HUF 2.9 billion, continuing to rebound after pandemic lockdowns hurt business in the spring, Hungarian news agency MTI reports, citing preliminary data released by the company.
Commissions in Hungary rose almost 9% to HUF 2 bln and commissions in Poland jumped nearly 28% to HUF 0.7 bln.
Duna House's brokered loan volume climbed 34% to HUF 72.2 bln, edging up 1% to HUF 23 bln in Hungary, but jumping 58% to HUF 49.2 bln in Poland, boosted by the acquisition of loan broker Alex T Great.
