Listed real estate broker Duna House on Friday said it raised its stake in Italian peer Hgroup from 70% to 77.13% with the purchase of shares held by three former managers, according to a report by state news wire MTI.

Duna House, which acquired a controlling stake in Hgroup in January 2022, said the former managers were seeking an exit. Duna House paid a total consideration of EUR 2.6 million for the shares, including the settlement of earn-out obligations to the three sellers.

The company also announced plans to sign an agreement with Hgroup founder Diego Locatelli on January 31 to acquire his 16.85% stake in the company, raising its ownership to 93.98%.
