Cordia starts construction of luxury apartments in Spain

Residential

Residential developer Cordia has started the construction of Jade Tower on the Costa del Sol in Spain and direct sales of the development's high-end homes have also begun, according to a press release sent to the Budapest Business Journal.

Jade Tower is the first luxury residential project in Spain for Cordia, a part of the Futureal Group.

The start of direct sales means that buyers can easily and conveniently choose the property that best suits their needs with the help of Cordia's local sales agents. About 10% of homes sold so far have been bought by customers who have already bought a Cordia home.

"Such a high rate of returning customers shows that our clients know that the quality and reliability of the Cordia brand means the same, no matter which country we operate in. We work every day to maintain this positive image in the long term," said Tibor Földi, chairman of the board, Cordia International.

Cordia's special development is being built on one of the last vacant plots of land on Fuengirola's coastal strip, just 100 m from the Mediterranean Sea. The complex will consist of 116 top-quality one, two, and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses with spacious terraces and private gardens on the ground floor. The purchase price of the apartments includes storage space and a parking garage.

The Costa del Sol, also known as the Spanish Riviera, has been a popular international tourist destination for decades, enjoying 320 days of sunshine a year and average temperatures of 23°C. In addition to its exceptional climate, the area also has the advantage of being easily accessible. The port of Malaga is visited by thousands of cruise ships every day, and the Pablo Picasso International Airport receives millions of visitors from all over the world, including Hungary, from where the direct flight takes less than four hours. From the airport, Fuengirola can be reached in 20 minutes by car, but high-speed rail is also a good alternative, with trains arriving in the city center, which is only an 8-minute walk away from Jade Tower.

Jade Tower offers modern, thoughtfully designed homes built using high-quality materials. The apartment complex also offers communal office spaces, a gastropub, a private cinema room, and an exclusive health club with a spa, gym, as well as indoor and outdoor pools.

“We are proud to have started construction of our first luxury residential complex in Spain. Our clients can be confident that by purchasing any of the Jade Tower apartments, they are buying a modern, long-term value, comfortable, sustainably built, and highly energy-efficient property,” Földi added.

Jade Tower is built to the world's leading sustainability rating methodology, BREEAM standards, and has already achieved a preliminary rating of "Very Good". In addition, the complex will also have its own smartphone app, allowing residents to access all the services offered by Jade Tower.
