Apartment Rents Down Compared to Q4 2022

In the first quarter of the year, the average monthly rent of brick apartments in the capital was HUF 216,000, which is higher than last year's annual average, but 6% lower compared to the Q4 of 2022, said real estate agent Otthon Centrum (OC), according to profitline.hu.
The most expensive parts of the city are traditionally the districts of Buda, where the average monthly rent is HUF 256,000.
The decrease in these districts is only 2%.
The average monthly rent in the city center is HUF 220,000 and in the outer Pest districts HUF 156,000, which is already 6% cheaper in both parts of the city compared to the fourth quarter of last year, according to the analysis.
