TriGránit to build €100 mln office complex in Bratislava

Hungarian real estate developer TriGránit Zrt is planning to spend €100 million building an office complex in Bratislava, TriGránit's Slovakian representative Gábor Zászlós told business daily Napi Gazdaság.

The four office buildings, to cover a combined 88,000 square meters, were designed by Canadian Adamson Associates Architects and will be built by Skanksa AB, Zászlós said. The first building is scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2008.
TriGránit has invested €100 million in Slovakia in the past 10 years, the paper added.
