TriGránit inaugurates Ft 7.5 bln Millennium Tower
TriGránit Zrt, one of the biggest construction companies in the region, inaugurated on Tuesday its Ft 7.5 billion Millennium Towers I building, the first of three office buildings to be completed along the banks of the Danube in Budapest's District 9.
The building has 18,500 square meters of office space, TriGránit development director Lóránt Kibédi Varga said. Rental fees are €13-€15 per square meter a month.
The building's south tower is already being rented by Vodafone, Lufthansa and Provident, and space in the north tower is being rented by Boehringer.
Millenium Towers II and III, already under construction, are expected to be completed by the end of 2007. The two buildings will each have 20,000 square meters of office space.
