MOMentum offices, a development of REM Ingatlan Zrt. has secured a new tenant commencing January 2012. The building, situated on the corner of Csörsz and Nagy Jenő street of District XII., has closed a long term lease agreement for nearly 1200 square meters with the Korean Cultural Center – said Mariann Tóth, senior associate of the Office Agency at Colliers International Hungary.
The office building – exclusively represented by Colliers – has reached 42% occupancy due to the latest tenant.
Other negotiations for leasing further office space are also on the way.
The excellent access, technical specifications, as well as the pleasant work environment of the office
