Infomix Becomes Tenant at CityZen

Office Market

Infomix, a company that has been developing software for Hungarian doctors since 1990, became a tenant of the CityZen Office Building according to a press release sent to the Budapest Business Journal.

To date, thousands of primary care systems have been installed across the country, with half of the Hungarian general practitioners using Infomix products. 3

"We are very proud of the last 32 years," said Sándor Varga, managing director of Infomix IT Kft. "We had our first successes in hospital IT, but the real breakthrough for us was in primary and specialist care. Today, numerous medical centers use our software. We are especially pleased that the majority of our users have remained loyal to us over the past three decades, and we try to reward their trust with continuous improvements and the integration of the latest trends and technologies.

"Just as we demonstrate responsibility to our clients, we are committed to building a trustworthy, good environment and team, and to providing them with the best working conditions. We found this environment and the quality we were looking for at the wonderful CityZen Office Building. I would like to take this opportunity to thank ConvergenCE for their customer-focused approach and flexibility throughout our negotiations," he added.

"It is rare to see such quick decisions and a smooth series of negotiations, which I have experienced with Infomix and ConvergenCE," commented Zoltán Gyöngyösi, Tower International's main commercial leasing partner, who had a major contribution to the contract. "Our company has been providing real estate services to domestic and international investors, tenants, and landlords for 15 years. It was a great help that CityZen's qualities, BREEAM Excellent rating, outstanding location, as well as its premium services, quickly met the tenant's needs, so that the contract could be signed very quickly indeed. Infomix will be able to enjoy the unique services of its new office building and ConvergenCE from December 2023."

Dóra Papp-Vas, ConvergenCE's leasing director, gave an insight into the negotiation process.

"It is rare to have such a fast and effective transaction process therefore I would like to thank Miklós Prohászka, managing director and Zoltán Gyöngyösi for their cooperation. It is our pleasure to welcome a Hungarian company with such a history and continuous innovation to our office building," she noted.
