Futureal starts EUR 36 mln office complex in Budapest

Hungarian property developer Futureal Group laid the cornerstone of a EUR 36 million office building in Budapest today, Hungarian news agency MTI reported.
The building, dubbed Advance Tower, will have 11,900 square meters of rentable space. It is located on Váci út, one of the capitalʼs main traffic corridors.
The building will be inaugurated early in 2018.
Futureal has invested EUR 900 mln in more than 600,000 sqm of developments in the past dozen years, said founder Gábor Futó.
