DVM group won the award for the best international architectural visualization company at the International Property Awards world competition, according to a press release sent to the Budapest Business Journal.

The awards ceremony was held in London and the prize awarded to DVM group was received by managing partner Tibor Massányi.

DVM group set up its architectural visualization team as an independent division a year ago, in order to exploit the potential in the field and integrate world-class visualization solutions into the company's services portfolio. This service goes beyond visual designs, offering complex solutions even before projects are started, which can support decision-making.

In parallel with the evolution of the project, the areas where visualization solutions can be used are also expanding, and, in addition to marketing and sales processes, they may also support HR in change management or recruitment, the group says. If the virtual space environment is of high enough quality and up-to-date, it can even provide real-time decision support with remote access to Hungarian and international investment communities.

“Visualization has a lot of potential, but it is also a huge responsibility," said Tibor Massányi, who is the head of architectural innovation within the company. “We have made significant developments over the past year to ensure that the outstanding expertise of our staff is matched and supported by our hardware and software park. I am absolutely sure that it is possible to produce world-class visual products also in Hungary, and we are doing our utmost to make Europe and Asia aware of this.

"Our range of premium services has been rated the best by a jury of professionals committed to high-quality standards, and there could be no better feedback for us to open up to the international market with courage and confidence. Our ever-expanding range of services now extends far beyond classic visual designs, even offering real-time design in VR space. This is particularly beneficial for our foreign investors, who can obtain up-to-date information on the progress of a project without having to visit us. Our ArchViz team considers visualization an art, and this ambition is reflected in each of their works. I am extremely proud of the team," he added.

DVM group had already achieved significant success in the European round of competition in the categories of Architecture, Interior Design, and Architectural Visualization, recording the best ever Hungarian result by winning in four categories in the first round of the competition series.

In addition, as decided by the jury of professionals, the company won the opportunity to participate in the International Property Awards, the continents' competition, with their architectural and architectural CGI entries for Szervita Square Building.
