International ticket sales web system developer InterTicket Kft. signed a 1,000 sqm lease for its new office in Balance Office Park, operated by CPI Hungary, as of February, according to a press release issued today.

CPI welcomed six of the most recent tenants to the building in the past half a year, the press statement noted.

The BREEAM "very good" certified office building will be surrounded by a 3,000 sqm green park, after renovation works are finished, expectedly in April. The building will also have a subterranean garage for 200 cars, 24/7 reception service, outdoor meeting places with wifi, outdoor sports activities and a restaurant, the press statement added.

“It is a happy moment for us that another market leading firm will become a tenant at Balance and although renovations are still taking place, already 50% of the space has been leased”, András Bodahelyi, the leasing manager of Balance Building, said.
