CA IMMO aims to strengthen position on Hungary office space market
Austrian property company CA IMMO wants to strengthen its presence on Hungary's office space market and stabilize occupancy, currently at over 80%, CA IMMO managing director for the country Ede Gulyas said on Thursday. CA IMMO has about 320,000sqm of leasable space in Hungary, including 200,000 sqm of office space. The property is worth about €400 million.
