BudaPart Gate sold to S IMMO AG
The 20,000 sqm BudaPart Gate office building was sold in full by Market Építő to Vienna-based S IMMO AG for an undisclosed amount, according to business daily Világgazdaság.
The 11-story building complex with more than 400 parking spaces is located in the most significant urban development area of Budapest, at the gates of BudaPart.
The seller is the development and real estate management company Market Asset Management Zrt., a subsidiary of Market Építő Zrt., one of the largest construction companies in Hungary.
