BNP Paribas Real Estate Hungary wins property management tender
BNP Paribas Real Estate Hungary won a property management instruction in a tender process for Váci Greens office building ‘B’, one of the latest office developments in the Budapest pipeline completed in March, according to a press release issued today.
The scheme has a total area of 25,000 sqm GLA and is the third building in the Atenor portfolio under the management of BNP Paribas Real Estate Hungary, the statement said.
“The strategic objective of the Property Management Department at BNP Paribas Real Estate Hungary is to improve the performance of real estate assets,” said Henrik Favari, CEO, BNP Paribas Real Estate Hungary. “We are extremely pleased that Atenor entrusted us with the management of yet another property, thus expressing their satisfaction with the results achieved so far,” he added.
Váci Greens, at the center of the Váci thoroughfare, consists of six office properties with a total development area of 130,000 sqm. The office complex has a favorable location, modern architecture and high quality technical standards, the statement said.
Váci Greens was the first office building in Budapest to obtain a BREEAM “Excellent” rating.
