Belgian real estate developer Atenor’s Hungarian project, the Class “A+” Aréna Business Campus Building A won the highest, Five Star Award in the Office Development category on the European Property Awards. As the winner of the category, it is eligible to participate in further stages of the awards. Váci Greens Buildings E & F are also award winners in the same category.

The International Property Awards celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property & real estate industry. The awards are divided into regions covering Arabia, Europe, Africa, Canada, Central & South America, the Caribbean, United States, United Kingdom and Asia Pacific. Participants enter at their relevant national level and are judged by an experienced team of professionals who cover the whole range of property disciplines. Judging focuses on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability. The top winners in each region are automatically entered into the overall international awards, culminating in a glittering awards ceremony.

Aréna Business Campus will offer exclusive Class “A +” offices in four buildings on 72,000 sqm on Hungária körút. Its first phase, Building A was handed over in 2020 and since then several international companies have chosen the office building as their headquarters. The project has BREEAM "Excellent" and Access4you Gold certifications.

Váci Greens is located in the heart of the Váci Corridor. Buildings E and F, the fifth and sixth buildings of the Class “A+” office campus, were handed over in 2020 on almost 50,000 sqm altogether. Váci Greens buildings offer large, contiguous, and efficient office space with a high-quality, green, ergonomic work environment. Most of the total ca. 130,000 sqm area has already been leased to market-leading multinational tenants and all six buildings have been sold to various domestic and international investors.
