Hungarian-owned property developer Risk Capital is building a HUF 1.1 bln warehouse near German carmaker Daimlerʼs Hungarian plant in Kecskemét, central Hungary, Hungarian news agency MTI reported today citing Zoltán Petrik, sales director at sales partner In-Management.

The project, which involves the construction of a warehouse 600 meters from the Daimler plant, is being supported with a HUF 450 mln European Union grant, the sales director said, according to MTI.

With the investment, Risk Capital expects to attract Daimlerʼs suppliers to the 5,000 sqm warehouse, dubbed MetLog2, he added.

Risk Capital had net revenue of HUF 97 mln last year according to public records, MTI reported.
