Report: Fewer vacancies in industrial property in Q2

In the second quarter of 2015, the stock of modern industrial properties in Budapest and surrounding area remained unchanged, while the vacancy rate further decreased, based on research by Budapest Research Forum (BRF).
According to the report, the size of the modern industrial stock in Budapest was 1,885,610 sqm, which amounts to no change when compared to the first quarter of 2015. The volume of lease transactions did not change either, remaining at 105,575 sqm, while slightly behind (13%) the second quarter of 2014. The vacancy rate continued to decrease, bottoming out at 13.7%.
