DTZ: Tenants expand in BC140 property

Two tenants decided to renew and expand their release premises in the BC140 office building, according to a press release from DTZ today.
Technology solutions provider Arrow Hungary renewed its lease and expanded its premises to a total of 1,310 sqm, while financial advisor OVB also renewed its lease and expanded its premises by an additional 280 sqm.
“The vacancy rate on the Váci út corridor is 2.3 percentage points higher than the average. Tenants looking for a smaller office location may find several relocation options, while those with larger office requirements may have difficulties finding a suitable office building. BC140 offers office areas from 300 sqm up to 5,000 sqm," said Nikolett Püschl, senior property advisor at DTZ.
