Dome Facility Services Group buys SPIE Hungária Kft.

Hungarian Dome Facility Services Group acquired the Hungarian unit of German SPIE GmbH, and has expanded its operations in the country, according to an announcement issued today. The purchase was closed on November 13.

“The transaction is an important step in the long-term strategy of Dome FSG,” Gábor Décsi, the company’s CEO, said. He added that as a result of the acquisition, the company will be able to increase efficiency and “serve clients more effectively”.

As of the beginning of 2016, the company will begin operations as SPIE Hungária Kft., as part of the Dome Group, the announcement said.

Following the consolidation, Dome Group will employ more than 150 workers across 1,000 sqm, with the aim of further expanding its market share and strengthening its position in Hungary.
