With a load capacity to carry 62-68 tons, the company will launch Airbus A330 aircraft, flying on Thursdays and Sundays, MTI reported, adding that the flight will have a stopover in Prague. Earlier, the company operated flights on the Doha-Budapest route twice a week in 2012-2013.

Qatar Airways claims to be one of the fastest growing airlines in the world with an expansion rate averaging almost 40% year-on-year, the companyʼs website says.

“Over the past decade, we have expanded our cargo and aircraft fleet and developed our cargo route network. We have been growing continuously, while offering our customers the best levels of service. Qatar Airways Cargo is the worldʼs third largest cargo carrier, serving 49 exclusive freighter destinations worldwide via its state-of-the-art Doha hub, operating seven Airbus A330, eight Boeing 777 freighters and one Boeing 747-400 freighter,” the website adds.
