Property manager to expand regional logistics base for HUF 1.2 bln
Real estate manager Üvegszikla Ingatlankezelő plans to expand its regional logistics base in Szikszó (eastern Hungary) by approximately 6,000 sqm through an investment of HUF 1.2 bln, the company told Hungarian news agency MTI today.
The Budapest-based company won nearly HUF 400 mln in European Union funding for the development. The new warehouse is due to be completed by summer 2015.
Üvegszikla had revenue of HUF 434 mln in 2014.
