Orbán travels to Azerbaijan this weekend

Hungary’s Prime Minister Viktor Orbán is traveling to Baku, Azerbaijan over the weekend to pay an official visit and meet with Azeri Prime Minister Artur Rasizade, Bertalan Havasi, the head of the PMʼs press office, said today, according to Hungarian news agency MTI.

The prime minister will be accompanied by Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó, National Economy Minister Mihály Varga and Minister of Agriculture Sándor Fazekas, MTI reported. 

Representatives of Hungary and Azerbaijan are expected to sign a declaration of intent on the establishment of a joint ICT development fund, a memorandum of understanding on exchanging experience on employment and a declaration of intent on cooperation between Hungaryʼs Semmelweis University and Azerbaijanʼs Medical University, MTI added.
