Worker Optimism Stable

Despite persistently high inflation, compared to the same period of the previous year, the assessment of domestic employees regarding their own labor market situation is stable.
That is according to the latest joint research by BNP Paribas Cardif Biztosító and Median, writes hrportal.hu.
On the one hand, the respondents are more optimistic about their own position within their workplace, and on the other hand, their confidence in the future survival of the company that employs them has not deteriorated.
However, since last year, the general confidence regarding how easily people would find a new position that matches their qualifications in the event of a job loss has decreased.
