Recent restrictions affect workplace mood

The coronavirus epidemic has brought significant changes not only in the way we work, but also in the expectations that workers have of their own managers, writes profitline.hu.

Many are frustrated with their own company and bosses. However, most executives don't see how much danger they are in of their key people leaving the company due to the lack of personal encounters. CX-Ray surveyed the daily mood of more than 65,000 employees.

According to the study, the "workplace mood" low point was during the first week of closures. The good news is that the chances of employees dropping out have halved where managers have been presently supportive in the lives of their subordinates.
