Poles Have High Professional Mobility - Report

As many as 454,000 job offers were posted on Pracuj.pl in the first half of 2023, reported the Warsaw Business Journal. The leading specializations sought by employers were salespeople, IT experts, manual laborers, as well as finance and customer service specialists.

IT employers were less active compared to previous years. In terms of work mode, the return to offices still influences the advantage hybrid work offers over remote work.

As predicted by experts, we observe greater caution from employers in recruitment processes in the market, wrote the web portal. At the same time, candidates applied more willingly than before, confirming the high professional mobility of Poles.

As many as 37% of the offers on Pracuj.pl at the end of the first half of 2023 consisted of positions enabling at least one flexible work model: remote or hybrid.
