Global knowledge, local practices

Doit HR Services and Consulting Ltd. was established to offer professional strategic HR solutions to its Clients. Originating from a small office in county Fejér, by the end of 2007, within 2 years, it opens its 4th office in Hungary and enters on the regional market.
The company was based on an almost ten-years of human resource management experience of the owners and the colleagues. By learning the market, their most important aim was to combine the individual competitive advantages of the key market players and add more flexibility and open-minded attitude to its services.
Its brand-new image that will be publicly introduced at the Personal Hungary Exhibition was also built to support its broadened scope of activities and the territorial expansion. The young CEO of the company, Péter Baldaszti, believes that there is a growing need for a firm that can offer widespread human services from traditional pay-roll administration via temporary and permanent placement services until sophisticated performance evaluation systems.
They are unique in HR consulting, since they can provide comprehensive company specific services. Their own-developed HR softwares help their work and lessen the working-hours spent on administration. HR IT gives an underlying support to the precise punctual performance and to keep the deadlines.
When mentioning HR IT systems, Doit HR Ltd. has developed a new-generation software that provides a user-friendly background for performance evaluation, satisfaction surveys and colleagues can access more or less detailed information about the others depending on the predetermined hierarchy levels.
You can meet Doit HR Ltd. at Personal Hungary and on the second day, the 15th November, within the frame of a presentation, you are welcome to learn about one of its new services. In addition, you can read further about the success story in BBJ’s next edition.
