The young CEO of the company, Péter Baldaszti, believes that there is a growing need for a firm that can offer widespread human services from traditional pay-roll administration via temporary and permanent placement services until sophisticated performance evaluation systems.

They are unique in HR consulting, since they can provide comprehensive company specific services. Their own-developed HR softwares help their work and lessen the working-hours spent on administration. HR IT gives an underlying support to the precise punctual performance and to keep the deadlines.
