Bulgaria Jobless Numbers Hit All-Time Low in September

Bulgaria's unemployment rate decreased by 0.1 percentage point (p.p.) in September, to a historical low of 4.2%, the country's Employment Agency said on Friday.
Registered jobless numbered 138,380, the lowest ever number on record, the agency said in a monthly report.
On an annual comparison basis, the jobless rate declined by 0.5 pp in September.
As many as 22,314 people were registered as unemployed in September, which represented 3,284 more than in August and 577 more than a year earlier.
The statistics are based on working-age population numbers from the 2011 census.
