About 30% of Hungarian companies plan new hires

Around 30% of Hungarian companies plan to raise headcount in the coming quarter, state news wire MTI reports citing a representative survey by staffing company ManpowerGroup.

Just 17% of companies plan layoffs, according to the survey of 520 employers.

ManpowerGroup noted that 39% of companies in western Hungary plan new hires, while the rate stands at just 8% for companies in the capital.
