OTP Ingatlan to inaugurate residential development in Győr in Q4

OTP Ingatlan, the real estate unit of Hungary's biggest commercial bank, plans to inaugurate a 206-unit residential park in Győr in the fourth quarter of this year, CEO Tamás Ádány said at a press conference at the site on Wednesday. OTP Ingatlan was commissioned to complete the development by Alexander Kft, a member of the Bonitas group. Alexander Kft acquired the development when it was 60%-65% completed in a liquidation procedure. OTP Ingatlan is spending HUF 2 billion on the development's structures and HUF 500 million - 1 billion on the surrounding area.
