New IKEA opens in Budapest
IKEA will open its third store in Hungary in Budapest’s District 23, south Budapest, online news portal hvg.hu reported yesterday, according to a press release issued by the Swedish furniture chain.
Legal procedures associated with the acquisition of the land have been completed and the company is in the process of obtaining all the necessary permits prior to commencing construction. Archeological investigations of the land are also part of this process, the daily added. The exact date of completion is yet to be confirmed.
