Nagy és Trócsányi becomes exclusive partner of Yingke Law Firm
Local law firm Nagy és Trócsányi has signed a cooperation agreement with Beijing-based Yingke, becoming the Chinese law firmʼs exclusive partner for Hungary in its global network, according to a press release sent to the Budapest Business Journal.

"We are happy to be part of a new family," says Péter Berethalmi, managing partner of Nagy és Trócsányi. "Our cooperation makes it possible to reach out to Chinese clients and to assist them in their Hungary-related businesses."
Yingke currently has 46 offices and 6,300 lawyers in China. The Hungarian law firm becomes part of the Yingke Global Legal Services Alliance, which has 24 member law firms located in key centers in Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
The exclusive partnership makes it possible for the two firms to work together as a team for Chinese and Hungarian clients and provide a "one-stop" service with added value to clients, according to the press release.
Nagy és Trócsányi was founded as a partnership in 1991, and celebrated 25 years of problem solving in 2017. The firm is among the largest home-grown independent law firms in Hungary. The firm’s practice focuses on M&A, company law, litigation and dispute resolution, real estate and construction law, banking and finance, project financing, taxation, competition, utilities, energy, media and telecommunications.
