MTel’s Montenegrin unit expects to pay €19.2 mln dividend

The Montenegrin unit of Magyar Telekom, Crnogorski Telekom, is expected to pay a €19.2 million dividend on last yearʼs earnings, after shareholders decided on the matter at an annual general meeting, Hungarian news agency MTI reported today.

Shareholders will top up last yearʼs €15.9 mln in net income with €3.4 mln from profit reserves to pay the dividend, according to MTI. 

The Hungarian subsidiary of German giant Deutsche Telekom has a 76.5% stake in the Montenegrin company. Magyar Telekom is entitled to approximately €14.7 mln of the dividend, MTI reported.
