T-Systems Magyarország, a unit of Hungarian telco Magyar Telekom, has signed an agreement with real estate firm WING Group on making a 100% purchase of its ServerInfo-Ingatlan , in a deal given a EUR 14.4 million transaction value, according to reports. The sale is expected to be closed by the end of this year, but will need to be approved by the Hungarian Competition Authority (GVH).

Once complete, the Hungarian subsidiary of Germany’s Deutsche Telekom will acquire the property that is home to its own highly secure data center – the largest in Central Europe – with state-of-the-art technical infrastructure, Hungarian news agency MTI reported.

ServerInfo-Ingatlan manages the rentals and maintenance of the property, MTI added.
