MNB fines savings cooperative Rum és Vidéke
The National Bank of Hungary (MNB) yesterday said it had fined savings cooperative Rum és Vidéke just over HUF 3 mln for violating rules on informing clients.
The central bank and market regulator said the savings cooperative failed to provide its clients with monthly account information, as required by law. It also failed to inform its clients in advance about costs and fees, the bank added.
