Mercedes to increase production in Hungary

Mercedes will continue to increase production in Hungary and is satisfied with the country’s market opportunities, Daimler’s deputy chairman for global affairs Eckart von Klaeden said in Budapest yesterday. Von Klaeden and Hungary’s Prime Minister Viktor Orbán met in the Hungarian capital where they discussed Hungarian-German economic cooperation.

Both agreed that their two countries have maintained a successful  economic cooperation, which ought to be continued. Germany is Hungary’s most important trading partner and the largest foreign investor in the country, PM’s press chief Bertalan Havasi stressed.
