International franchisor MBI launched its first international franchise system in the Hungarian financial industry, simultaneous to Slovakia, Czech Republic and Romania, according to a press release issued today.

A total of 33 units will be opened in each country, the press release added. The companyʼs franchise model envisages a tenfold increase of invested capital within five years, while it also offers career opportunities in the countries in which it is present, the company said in the statement.

MBI is an independent broker with approximately one million clients in the CEE region. The company offers products in the field of investments and capital assets, as well as private banking, which have been developed by MBI together with partners, such as MasterCard, Raiffeisen Bank International and C-Quadrat.

Franchisees joining MBI can get access to a loyalty card system called MBI Passport, which has a MasterCard payment function. The card can also provide discounts for such purchases as tickets to the Sziget and Balaton Sound music festivals.

“MBI is taking a new path with the franchise concept and enables ambitious managers to build their own successful company. With this [concept], we are pioneers in the financial industry,” says Alexander Schaufler, Founder and CEO of MBI.
