Magyar Telekom winds up merger of ITC businesses
Magyar Telekom on Wednesday said it completed the merger of its infocommunications technology businesses into a single unit. Magyar Telekom said last autumn that it was merging KFKI, IQSYS, Dataplex and ISH Informatikai into T-Systems Magyarország from October 1. It added that Daten-Kontor would merge with the company in 2013.
