Malév increases number of flights in winter schedule
Hungarian airline Malév will increase the number of flights it operates by 2% in its winter schedule that goes into effect on October 26, Malév announced on Thursday.
Seat capacity will decrease 6% however, Malév said. Malév will also launch its new low fuel-consumption Q400 aircraft during its winter timetable, the airline announced.
Bangkok will not be included in Malév’s winter schedule, while summer destinations such as Malaga or Split will also be removed from the winter timetable.
Malév will run 441 flights per week during its winter timetable, or 63 flights per day to 47 cities in 33 countries. Including the airline’s code-share agreements, Malév will serve 66 cities in 36 countries during its winter schedule. (MTI-Econews)
