Just like Venice: water cabs coming to Budapest

A water taxi service will be established in Budapest to offer a new way of traveling in Budapest and in the Danube bend – on the Danube. The taxis' capacity is ten persons and will appear on the water in July, Turizmus Panoráma Bulletin reported.

Water limousines called Dunarama will be taking passengers until the end of November and restart the service next March. Their base will be in the Újpest bay but it can also be called to 8-10 ports. The operator is a joint venture of Eurama Kft and MB Travel Kft. (BBJ)
