HUF 200 mln cycle route being built in Baranya County
A bicycle road between the settlements of Szederkény and Bogád (both 200 km southwest of Budapest) in Baranya County will be built for about HUF 200 million, according to profitline.hu.
The local government of Szederkényi is financing the development that will help people living in the area to get to work with the HUF 193 million won in the Regional and Settlement Development Operational Program (Top).
In the announcement, János Hargitai, the Member of Parliament of the region, emphasized that the development would significantly improve the cycling connection between the county seat and Mohács (190 km south of Budapest).
