Air France cancels five more Budapest-Paris flights


French national airline Air France is canceling five flights today between Paris and Budapest due to a pilots' strike, Liszt Ferenc International Airport Communications Director Mihály Hardy announced.

Two flights departing from Budapest and three flights departing from Paris are cancelled. However the Budapest-Paris 3:50 flight is expected to operate today

On Tuesday only one Air France flight operated between Budapest and Paris.

Air France cancelled 60% of all its domestic and international flights today. According to French trade-unions, the strike could go on until september 22. Passengers who had arranged to travel before that date are advised to postpone their trip and change their ticket at no additional cost, the airline said.
