Pixmania to exit Hungary

Online electronics seller Pixmania announced that current market conditions have necessitated reconsidering its business strategy and as a result, is exiting all of central and eastern Europe, including Hungary. The only country in the region where Pixmania will remain present is Poland. Chief executive of the company Phil Birbeck issued a statement on the company’s website stressing that orders already received will be delivered.
