Metro reaches wage rise agreement
Following a series of negotiations, Metro has reached an agreement on wage increases for 2021, writes novekedes.hu.
The rate of wage increases for non-executive store employees also exceeds official inflation rates as well as the minimum wage increase, further strengthening the competitiveness of these benefits.
In addition to the basic salary increase, employees also receive benefits such as monthly cafeteria, bonuses available under the individual performance appraisal system, as well as other non-working time bonuses and purchase discounts.
