Jysk Magyarország boasts double-digit sales growth

Sales of the local business of Danish home furnishings chain Jysk are expected to grow in the double digits in its business year ending August 31, Jysk Magyarország said on Friday, according to a report by state news wire MTI.

In the first 10 months of the business year, sales climbed 12.2% year-on-year to HUF 46.5 billion, Jysk Magyarország said. It noted that turnover in the 2019/2020 business year rose 13.1% to HUF 51.4 bln.

Jysk has 88 stores in Hungary. It will open one more before the end of August and plans to add another three units in the 2021/2022 business year.
