Retail sales in Bosnia's Federation rose by a real 1% on the year in October, after expanding by a revised 0.4% in September, working day-adjusted figures by the entity's Agency for Statistics (BHAS) showed.

On a monthly comparison basis, retail trade turnover rose 0.9% in October, following a revised decline of 1.6% in September, the Sarajevo-based agency said.

The Federation is one of two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The other entity is the Serb Republic.
