Listed Hungarian printing house Állami Nyomda Nyrt and peer Pénzjegynyomda Zrt have singed a two-year contract on producing tax and duty stamps, Állami Nyomda said in a statement on Tuesday.

Állami Nyomda has been delivering products certifying the payment of excise duties to the VPOP as part of a consortium for the past twelve years. The company said its products of high-security features helped curb considerably the number of forgeries that siphoned off large sums from the budget. The deal has an estimated annual net value of Ft 1.8 billion ($10.5 million). (company press release)
